Please note that you will not be able to gain entry to the event without completing pre-screening.
To make the process quick and easy, Reuters Events have partnered with Sharemy.health, a HIPAA compliant platform that allows attendees to upload their vaccine card or negative test result for pre-verification ahead of the event, in a protected, secure and confidential environment.
Please note: Reuters Events does not store any of the personal medical information you provide to Sharemy.health.
Here’s what you need to do:
Step 1
Click on the Sharemy.health registration link when you receive the email from Reuters Events and create an account. Be sure to use the same email address you used for your event ticket registration.
Step 2
All users must provide consent to accept electronic transactions and to share health information with Sharemy.health if they wish to use the service.
Step 3
Check the criteria requirements for Proof of Vaccination and Proof of Negative test in our FAQ's
Step 4
Click ‘Upload vaccination’ or ‘Upload test result’. If you are uploading proof of vaccination, you can activate your account and get your Digital Health Pass straight away. If you are uploading a test result, you can activate your Sharemy.health account now, but your test result will need to be uploaded on the day you take it, within 24 hours of arrival at the event.
Step 5
Your document will be reviewed and verified by HIPAA compliant screening staff. This can take up to 48 hours. If you are uploading your document within 24 hours of the event start date, verification will be done within 30 minutes.
Step 6
Once verified, you will be issued with a Digital Health Pass, which can be viewed by clicking the ‘Passport’ icon on your account.
Step 7
Bring along your Digital Health Pass when you come to the event and show to registration staff, before picking up your badge.
