Klaus has been working to challenge the status quo for the last 20+ years. He re-joined IDeaS from TSA Solutions where he led the company’s global commercial, operations and strategic partnership initiatives. Previously with IDeaS he started the companies’ global consulting division and led teams that partnered with leading hotel companies to jointly develop the world’s first group price optimization and function space revenue management solutions as well as requirements for new pricing methodologies.
An advocate of lifelong learning, Klaus holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management, has studied business at Henley Management College, real estate investment and asset management at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration; and finance and strategy at the Singapore Management University.

Statistician and business analyst, in my career I was involved in making strategies for small and big tourism companies and for local government offices in order to better performances and market position. Professional teachers for the UET Master in Hotel Management and Tour Operating Management and for the specific course in Revenue and Yield Management. I cooperate also with University of Palermo for this subject.
In 2012 I created Interlude Hotels & Resorts, a hotel chain of very small boutique hotels focused on Operation Management, Revenue and Sales Management for small accommodations. The Interlude Hotels are expressions of places and traditions, of history and modernity. In order to give the guest a "Taylor-made" product, we have chosen, therefore, to differentiate the hotels, not by category, but according to the Dimension of the stay: Dream, Experience and Emotion. In this way, the guest will be able to choose the facility according to his needs and to the style of his vacation.
In 2014 with 2 business partners I founded Interlude Management srl of which I'm the CEO and that now runs Interlude Hotels & Resorts. Our collection is mostly located in Sicily, but last February we started our development in Tuscany.
