Jon Marsh Duesund has been with Rystad Energy since 2009 and has lead multiple projects assessing topics such as transaction due diligence, subsea markets, technology validation, oil and gas activity in arctic regions and more. He was also involved in the creation of the North American Shale Report and subsequent products which track the activity in unconventional oil and gas across United States and Canada. Jon holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, with specialization in operations research and process technology, including a graduate exchange program at UC Berkeley.

Current Role (in Houston WCK): Global Decommissioning & Restoration Center Business Improvement Lead

Years in Decommissioning: 7 years.

Other Shell Roles:

• Held roles as the Americas Deepwater Decommissioning and Restoration Transformation Program Manager, Abandonment Finance Manager, Project Finance Manager for the Technology R&D organization, and joined Shell at the Motiva Port Arthur Refinery as the Performance Analysis Manager.

External Roles:

I also worked for 7 years with the Fluor Corporation and started my career in the automotive industry with the Robert Bosch Corporation in various technical engineering, sales & marketing, supervisory, and project management roles in the U.S., Germany, and Asia.

James Wiseman is a Deepwater Developments Manager at Noble Energy - an independent international oil and gas operator. He came to the Gulf after graduating from the University of California - Berkeley, where his masters' research focused on scoping an effective rigs-to-reefs program for California. James worked for 3 years planning and executing decommissioning projects in the Gulf before transitioning to deepwater in 2001. Most recently, James was responsible for leading the long-distance Gunflint subsea tie-back project from Sanction to first oil and stable production.

Bruce Crager is Executive Vice President of Endeavor Management and leads the firm’s group of Expert Advisors. He has over 40 years’ experience in offshore drilling and production, primarily in management positions. This has included significant experience evaluating and providing all types of field development solutions, particularly those based on floating production systems and subsea production equipment. Bruce holds a BS in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University and was selected as a Distinguished Graduate of TAMU’s Zachary Department of Civil Engineering in 2008. He also holds a MBA from the University of Houston, has co-authored 4 patents, and has written numerous technical and management articles.

Regan Miller is the Principal Installation Engineer at InterMoor Inc with responsibility for overseeing the engineering and execution of offshore operations.

Regan has been with InterMoor for over 15 years, and has extensive offshore experience in the Gulf of Mexico, North Sea, Brazil, West Africa, and Southeast Asia. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University from 2001 to 2005.
