Health & Safety

We are looking forward to welcoming you back onsite. Rest assured, the health and safety of all our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, staff and suppliers is and always will be our top priority. To ensure a safe and successful event for all, Reuters Events are implementing the following Entry Policy.

To gain access to the event, Reuters Events requires all attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, staff and suppliers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and show proof of this

Please note, face masks are no longer mandatory; however we still recommend wearing one if you can.

We are aware that the City of Philadelphia recently announced an update to their vaccine mandate, relaxing the requirement for proof of vaccination to enter an establishment serving food and drink, however we’re committed to doing everything we can to ensure a safe and successful event for all, so will be maintaining our vaccine mandate for the event.

Pre-Entry Screening

We will be conducting Pre-Entry Screening for Proof of Vaccination onsite at the PCC, which will be required for all attendees arriving at the event, prior to picking up your badge. The Pre-Entry Screening will be located at the Arch Street Entrance of the PCC, which is just off the corner of N. Broad and Arch Street, opposite the parking garage and Trader Joe’s at 1324 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107 Please allow extra time on arrival to go through the screening process.

Further information on Proof of Vaccination requirements and the Pre-Entry Screening process can be found in our FAQ document

COVID Alert PA

Whilst not mandatory, we encourage all attendees to download and use the COVID Alert PA app whilst at the event. COVID Alert PA is the official mobile app by the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) that uses the Exposure Notification System to send alerts if you have had a potential exposure to someone who tested positive for COVID-19.
