Cancellation Policy

It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague or client if you are unable to attend. You must inform the customer services team of this change in writing prior to the event.

You will incur 25% cancellation fee if you cancel one month or more prior to the event. For all cancellations received less than one month prior to the event we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.

Method of Payment

In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast and efficient please make sure full payment is received by EyeforTravel Limited prior to the conference date. If your full payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in on the day of the conference.

Discounts

Only one discount at a time can be applied to your conference registration fee.

If you are using a discount code the discount will be deducted from the current online price of the ticket.
