This discussion looks at the ways of addressing the increasing demand from stakeholders to provide evidence of claims about purpose and impact

The key to the delivery and demonstration of real impact is real-time data collection and analysis. This way, problems can be quickly identified and dealt with and evidence is always on hand. This talk also looks at the importance of developing common metrics for data input to properly compare the success of different projects and learn which projects and partnerships have delivered the most impact. These metrics have to focus not only on what a company is doing to develop purpose and deliver impact but on how effective these interventions are.
